Projectors and whiteboards excel in education sector
Schools and colleges have been leading the demand for interactive whiteboards like Panasonic’s UB-7325 Panaboard and the Acco Nobo 31639050 two-screen copyboard, according to new figures.

Electronics experts at Futuresource Consulting say they expect sales of interactive whiteboards to continue rising during the rest of this year, in spite of the recession.

As anyone who has used Nobo’s two-screen copyboard will affirm, the device is ideal for interactive meetings and brainstorming sessions, while Panasonic’s UB-7325 four-screen Panaboard comes complete with a projector screen.

Futuresource Consulting is also expecting the popularity of projectors like Nobo’s X22P DLP device to rise in the coming months, on account of their long lifetime and low cost of ownership. ADNFCR-2495-ID-458035917-ADNFCR

Create, save and share … in colour

Anything you write on the board with colour markers can be scanned and saved allowing you to capture and
distribute an accurate colour representation of your meeting notes.

The scanned data can be saved in industry standard PDF or JPEG file formats. A time stamp function allows you to insert the current date and time in the upper right corner of your saved images, facilitating easier organisation and filing.

A built-in SD Memory Card slot and USB Flash Memory port allow you to store your data directly on a removable SD Memory Card or USB Flash Memory device and transfer it to a PC, making the UB-2315C suitable for today’s “paperless” file sharing demands.

For added convenience, the UB-2315C comes with a high-resolution 1.8-inch colour LCD that enables you to easily
operate a variety of functions, as well as to confirm scanned images on the LCD screen.

The UB2315C employs a “Running Scanner Type” design whereby the scanner module runs above the electronic board surface. This means you can attach flipcharts or other printed material to the board surface and scan them together with anything written directly on the board.

The smooth steel board surface is durable, easy to write on, and easy to clean. Both the front and
back surfaces are whiteboards and switching between them is made simple by flipping the board
using an ergonomic lever.

You can transfer the scanned data to your PC via SD Memory Card or USB Flash Memory. With the bundled Panasonic Document Management System software installed on your PC, you can easily edit, print or distribute the scanned data.
